I have found Alivia not only professional but compassionate. They are very thorough and keep you updated regularly. If you have any queries they are always available and reply asap. They are only a phone call or email away and they always have time to listen. They were able to put myself in contact with a hospital abroad who can help me, when I was left with no hope.
