Announce Signing of Partnership Agreement
ZURICH, Switzerland, Vertikal Helse AS (“Vertikal”), the largest private health insurance provider in Norway, and Alivia Swiss Health Management AG (”Alivia”), a Zurich based premier health advisor to selected individuals and institutions worldwide, announced today that they have signed a Partnership Agreement that will offer Alivia’s bespoke services to holders of a new VIP insurance policy to be launched by Vertikal in Norway and Sweden during Q4 2015/Q1 2016.
Additionally, Alivia will gain access to Vertikal’s extensive network and expertise regarding best treatment options in Scandinavia.
Vertikal provides health insurance to individuals, companies and municipalities, with more than 160,000 clients in Norway, where it enjoys an approximately 34% market share, and 100,000 clients in Sweden who are managed on behalf of the Swedish insurance company Trygg Hansa.

During Q4 2015/Q1 2016, Vertikal will launch its much anticipated VIP policy in Norway and Sweden.
Through this policy, Vertikal customers will gain exclusive access to Alivia’s structured systems of dynamic prevention and monitoring plans, including personalized medicine providers and global medical experts and advanced diagnostics.
